Thanks for your excellent decision to purchase my books here. The cost of the books, here on the website, is $14.99 and includes packaging and shipping. Dependent on the stock on hand, (...which, realistically, I don't have a warehouse full of them sitting around) I can ship between 1 and 7 days to your doorstep. If you prefer it in under ten days, including the shipping time, I would suggest purchasing from Amazon, who maintains a large stock and can usually ship same or next day and their price is $17.99. If you are an international customer, contact me directly for shipping info and I do charge the cost of shipping internationally unless it is to an APO address.
Paypal (here, below) is very easy to use and is a very secure purchase platform used worldwide. Please use the link below and when your purchase is validated back to my server, I will get a notice and send you an e-mail requesting your address. If you would like, I will sign it and personalize it for you. My e-mail is checked several times a day, even when I am "on the road".
